Privotal Tracker - It just works.

I am sure I am not the only one of thousands searching for the holy grail of web development tool sets. Its interesting to see what people end up using while they are searching for perfection. I am using Pivotal Tracker right now for 4 projects and loving it. Add stories, assign points, capture velocity - it is the best I have seen so far for *actually* seeing how far you are to being done with a project. I get instant feedback on when a story is complete and don't have to wait for the next status meeting where the invariably out-of-sync project plan gets dusted off for updates. Did I mention that it is free and incredibly easy to use? Granted you have to be familiar with the Agile development methodology. If if only integrated into Basecamp and had hours tracking for billing clients...
